What kind of devices can I use Rakuna Recruit on?
Rakuna Recruit mobile app is now available on the Apple App Store and Android Play Store. The app can be used on both iOS and Android devices.
Does Rakuna support multiple languages?
No. We only support English right now.
Can I use Rakuna Recruit without WiFi/Data?
Yes. Even when the Internet is not available, you can still capture the candidate’s information and evaluation, and store data locally. To sync and store data online, connect to WiFi/Data and click the “Cloud” symbol in the “Candidates” page.
Does Rakuna integrate with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
Yes. Rakuna is currently integrated with iCIMS, Greenhouse and Lever and you can upload the Excel sheet to import the data from Rakuna directly into your ATS.

What if students do not bring paper resumes?
Rakuna Recruit includes a “Manual input” option for you to let students enter their names and contact information manually, thus generating an electronic version of their resumes. Our resume snapshot and manual options ensure 100% of candidate’s data are captured at every event!
Can I customize the “Notes” section and “Assessment form”?
Yes. You can create customized candidate scorecards, note forms, assessment forms and specifically assign them to each event using our “Creating a new Form” function.
