What are the other integrated apps?
Here at Rakuna, we understand that our customers may be using other ATS’s at the same time to track the applicants’ and employees’ information. Thus, we have integrated Greenhouse, iCIMS, and Lever (other Applicant Tracking Systems) into the Rakuna app.
Note: Only Admin can access App Integration and enable/disable apps.

How do I enable/disable an app?
- In the “App Integration” page, click the “Enable” button for the applications you would like to integrate with.
- Upon clicking, you will be redirected to a page on the third party app where you will be prompted to enter your account information to authorize access (this is specific to Greenhouse and Google Calendar).
- To enable integration for iCIMS or Lever, please contact support@rakuna.co to get help on getting the necessary API key.
Why can’t I see my events on Google Calendar?
You have probably turned on Google Calendar integration after creating the event. New events will only be shown on your Google Calendar after you have enabled the integration.
